QUESTION 2: IS THIS ME SHOWING ME LOVE?

 In a previous blog, I touched on the 1^st question about Sustainable Vitality.  Today, I will cover the 2^nd question!  IS THIS ME SHOWING ME LOVE?

 3 MOST ESSENTIAL QUESTIONS TO INCREASE SELF.LOVE AWARENESS:

1. Does this create Sustainable Vitality in my life?
2. Is this me showing me Love?
3. Does this move me closer to my Dreams?

In a previous blog, I touched on the 1^st question about Sustainable Vitality.  Today, I will cover the 2^nd question!

IS THIS ME SHOWING ME LOVE?

This is a HUGE question!  When asking yourself this question, you are putting YOU FIRST, not everyone else & their thoughts, needs, & concerns. It may be the 1^st time in a long time you have put yourself 1^st, or it could be the 1^st time EVER, & it may feel “selfish”.  I have news for you: IT’S NOT SELFISH to put yourself 1^st & it’s certainly not selfish to consider HOW YOU can show yourself LOVE! If this feels challenging to you, you have likely stopped listening to your needs, thoughts, desires & dreams over a period of time.

When you STOP listening & asking yourself: what feels, sounds, & tastes good, & what movement would my body love, & what would make my heart sing & make me super happy right now – we detach from ourselves & begin to distrust our inner knowing, stop taking ourselves & needs into consideration, & live our life according to someone else’s dreams (because we forgot we had them in the 1^st place & got so detached from our own essence they all faded)! Begin by asking yourself this simple question & you will begin to destroy self-criticism, doubt, shame & the belief ‘I am not enough’ that has caused you to put yourself somewhere other than where you should be, 1^st place in your life. When you begin to quiet these with your fierceness, LOVE can LIVE again! You make space for your greatness, beauty, desires, & for your LOVE to rise & shine again!  You can only love another as much as you love yourself, so you better get practicing, you only have this one moment on this planet to LOVE BIG & DEEPLY, RIGHT NOW!
