In this 1st (Root) Chakra course, you

• are allowing space to get to know yourself intimately so that you can discover the depths of your behaviors, thoughts, and mindset and how to shift the pieces that no longer serve you.

Intentionally focused physical movement practices are included to help you consciously cleanse and strengthen the corresponding part of the body and energy center – think feet, ankles, and legs.

Learning powerful, advanced release techniques, meditation practices, and Journey’s will help reveal what no longer serves you, connect to your highest self, enrich your body, mind, soul, and life, and help you integrate these new pieces into the whole of who you are. The ‘Take it to the Light’ and ‘Becoming Whole’ meditations help create deep integration.

You will Journey to discover, meet, and identify your 1st Chakra Power Guide, the Goddess Artemis.  Once you meet this Guide, you will have an empowered and magical ally for life, one to call on for strength, guidance, and grounding.
